Complete Body Cleansing
I bought a 2 day complete body cleansing kit from GNC. Has anyone done a cleansing, what should I expect?
I started today, basically I drink 4oz of the cleansing juice mixed with 4oz water. I do this 4 times a day for the next 2 days. I am just curious what I should feel or expect. So far I just drank my 3rd dose for today the first day, and nothing different. Is that normal?
You should expect to feel like you wasted your money.
