do accupressure and foot detox pads really work??
does it really work? i’ve tried before and it does nothing. am i hitting the wrong spots? i don’t know. also, does someone know a good site(s) tog et pressure points and tips from?? [pictures would be wonderful] and… do the foot detox pads really work?
foot detox pads do NOT work. They have chemical in them that basically smell terrible and would eventually turn black anyway (without you putting them on your foot), so you THINK theyre working and theyre not. There was a study done just recently that showed that there was nothing in the pads after someone used them…no metals, no chemicals that needed to be released from th body…nothing, just the original crap that was in the pad.
As for Accupressure (and accupuncture) I believe they do work. I used accupressure for my migraines and it doesn work. Myabe its just my subconcious wanting it to work, but either way it helps. I think that it all depends on the person, if you can really become intune with your body and want it to work, I think it will.
